Hi I am an experienced registered mental health professional (RMN) with 18 years experience. I am an accredited CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapist) who has been trained to help people deal with all forms of anxiety problems and depression currently treated within NHS services. I have specialist CBT training in more complex disorders too including psychosis/schizophrenia and personality disorder. I also have experience of working in higher education teaching other professionals on a post graduate CBT course. My broad experience and knowledge base helps to develop a treatment package tailored to your specific needs.
